Become one of the founding team at YR Golf.

YR Golf is a brand-new hospitality venue opening in the heart of Sidmouth, bringing together exceptional coffee, relaxed Mediterranean-inspired food, cocktails and world-class golf simulators.

We’re creating more than somewhere to eat and drink. We’re building somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending time—and we’re looking for someone to help lead that from day one.

At YR, we believe great hospitality isn’t measured by how quickly a drink arrives. It’s measured by how people feel when they leave.

What you’ll be doing

As Hospitality Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operation, setting the standard for both our team and our guest experience.

You’ll lead shifts, support the team, make exceptional coffee, serve drinks, host golf simulator experiences and make sure every guest leaves looking forward to coming back.

This is a hands-on role. We believe great leaders lead by example.

Golf knowledge is a bonus, but certainly isn’t essential.
