Group Administrator

The Robson Group | Full-time or Part-time considered

Salary: £24,420–£30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

The Robson Group is a fully integrated professional services group offering accountancy, financial planning, mortgage, property and related services across Devon. This year marks our 10th anniversary — a real milestone for the business and an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow.

We're looking for a Group Administrator to join our team, supporting the wider businesses across the Group. We are looking for candidates to support both our Honiton office (71 High Street, Honiton) and our Exeter HQ at Winslade Manor, Clyst St Mary. Although you will have a normal place of work, flexibility to work across both office locations may be required as part of the role.

We’ll consider both full-time and part-time applicants (minimum 24 hours per week) — tell us what works for you.

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll gain exposure to multiple business sectors and work with teams across a range of services. For those who wish to develop further, opportunities to build specialist knowledge are available over time. Equally, if you're looking for a long-term administration role with variety and a supportive team around you, that’s just as important to us.

About the role

You'll be a key part of our wider business support team, helping keep things running smoothly across the Group. This role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload.

Day to day, you can expect to be involved in:

General office administration and business support
Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries
Reception Duties greeting clients and directing calls
Diary and appointment management
Preparing documentation, correspondence and reports
Data entry and maintaining accurate client records and systems
Client onboarding and administration support
Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
Providing administrative support to the management team and assisting with wider business activities across the Group
Managing post, scanning, filing and document management
Supporting compliance and regulatory administration
Assisting with projects and ad-hoc business tasks as required

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous administration experience (preferred but not essential)
Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Is confident communicating in a friendly and professional manner
Can prioritise and manage a varied workload
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
Enjoys variety and being part of a team
Wants to join a supportive and growing business
