Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit experienced, skilled roofers to join our professional team. This opportunity is suited to individuals who take pride in their workmanship and are committed to delivering work to a consistently high standard.

Role Overview

As an Experienced Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of roofing works across various project types, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, repair, and replacement of pitched roofing systems
Installation of flat roofing systems/liquids
Leadwork, flashing, and detailed finishing
Installation of fascia's, soffits, and guttering
General roofing works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety

Salary & Benefits

£33,000 – £47,000+ per annum (based on experience and capability)
Optional overtime available to increase earnings
Company vehicle provided (where required)
Monday to Friday working schedule
Local projects – minimal long-distance travel
Consistent, long-term workload

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a roofer (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
Competence in both pitched and flat roofing systems
Experience with fascia's, soffits, and general roofing works
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively within a team
Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Please note: This position is not suitable for labourers or trainees. Applications will only be considered from candidates with relevant roofing experience.
