Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a flair for hair styling, ensuring that clients leave feeling satisfied and looking their best. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Consult with clients to determine their desired styles and offer professional advice on hair care and maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Promote salon services and products to enhance client experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in barbering.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various hair types.
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
