Job Details:

Please note: the below rate is including of rolled up holiday pay, tips and bonuses.

Annual salary based on 45 hours: £ 31824-32292(Range depending on bonuses-tips)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:
Il Botanico Ltd, with two established locations in Oxford and 1 in London, is looking for 1 Supervisor for our Italian patisserie in Oxford. We are seeking an experienced barista/supervisor with strong operational and management skills in the coffee shop sector to lead our team.

Main Responsibilities:

Operational management of the café, including preparation of coffee ,beverages and patisseries.
Order control and inventory management.
Supervising staff to ensure high service standards.
Monitoring daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Customer service management, including food and beverage service.
Ongoing training of the team and maintenance of hygiene standards.
Direct reporting to the General Manager on quality and control matters.

Requirements:

Experience as a supervisor/barista in cafés (minimum 2 years).
Skills in team management and food service.
Fluent English language skills.
Leadership and organizational abilities.
