Full job description

CozyHome Solutions are expanding and looking for motivated Telesales Executives to join our fast-growing team.

The role involves contacting homeowners and booking appointments for our energy-saving home improvement services. You will be working from a mixture of cold calling data and warm inbound leads.

Products Include:

Solar Panels
Home Insulation
Windows & Doors

Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to potential customers
Following up warm leads and enquiries
Booking qualified appointments for surveyors
Updating customer records accurately
Working towards daily and weekly targets

Requirements:

Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred
Confident and professional phone manner
Strong communication skills
Motivated and target driven
Reliable and punctual
