Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Financial Planning Administrator to join our professional team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in financial services and a strong aptitude for administrative tasks and communication. The successful candidate will support financial planning activities and assist with client communications, ensuring smooth operational workflows within our organisation. The position is paid and ideal for those looking to enter into or develop their career in financial planning

Duties

Prepare documentation related to financial planning activities..
Assist with the organisation and maintenance of client records using Intelligent Office
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate scheduling, follow-ups, and information dissemination.
Support the financial advisors by managing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and document processing.
Contribute to the development of organisational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards in all administrative activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles within the financial services sector would be an advantage but full training is available to the right candidate
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems is essential.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of financial planning principles and customer service best practices is desirable.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently when required.
Previous experience in financial services or related sectors will be considered an advantage. This role provides an engaging environment for those eager to advance their career in financial planning while honing their organisational and analytical skills within a supportive team.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
