Job description

We are looking for a part time, all year round, Golf Clubhouse assistant to work in this busy, friendly golf club in Mawgan Porth.

16 hours a week minimum. Mostly 8 hour shifts with some 4 hour shifts, plus some holiday cover. 18 years of age minimum as bar work required and must have own transport and be able to work on weekends. Please only apply if this suits you!

Duties will be very varied and will involve greeting members and guests, assisting in the shop, answering phone calls and emails, serving and preparing bar meals such as bacon butties and toasties, working in the bar, cleaning apartments and the clubhouse.

Applicants must work well on their own or as part of a small team, be well presented, have good communication skills, hardworking, reliable and confident in dealing with the public.

The clubhouse is open 7 days a week from 7.45am to 7pm in the Summer and 7.45 to 5pm in the Winter.

Full training will be given in all areas.
