RECEPTIONIST & OFFICE SUPPORT

Part-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm | Office-based | 30 hours per week

We are looking for a friendly, organized and proactive Receptionist & Office Support Assistant to support our Office Manager and become a key part of everyday life at Select Car Leasing’s head office.

Supporting a growing workforce of around 250 people, you will help create a professional, welcoming and well-run workplace for our employees, visitors, suppliers and partners.

Select Car Leasing is the UK’s largest leasing broker, with a nationwide presence, high-profile sporting partnerships and a strong commitment to recognizing, rewarding and engaging its people. We are also working towards Great Place To Work Certification, and this role will play an important part in helping us create an environment where people feel valued, supported and proud to work.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating a brilliant first impression for visitors and partners
Keeping the office organized, welcoming and running smoothly
Supporting employees with everyday workplace queries
Assisting with company projects and events
Assisting with hospitality requirements for meetings (both on and off-site)
Supporting Health & Safety processes
Helping bring employee communications, recognition, and engagement activities to life
Research, source and compare quotes for a range of office projects, services and supplies.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be friendly, proactive and highly organized, with a natural ability to spot what needs doing and make it happen.

You’ll enjoy variety, take pride in delivering a fantastic experience and be comfortable working with everyone from employees and suppliers to senior leaders and Directors.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply sit behind a reception desk. It’s a visible, varied and important position for someone who thrives on going above and beyond, takes real ownership and is driven to make a difference every day.
