Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care within a clinical setting, supporting the health and well-being of patients across diverse age groups. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily activities
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge care
Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and composure
Support the organisation’s policies on health and safety, including hygiene practices and confidentiality

Requirements

Valid registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
Proven experience in patient care within a hospital or community setting is desirable
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Proficiency in medication administration following prescribed protocols
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts as required; commitment to delivering consistent patient-centred care
Relevant qualifications in nursing recognised within the UK healthcare system
