We are seeking a dedicated Waiter or Waitress to join our vibrant team at The Brasserie located within the Spa & Health Club at Thornton Hall. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable moments, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Take accurate food and beverage orders with attention to detail.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Provide excellent guest service by addressing inquiries and special requests.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Running of drinks to outdoor hot tub area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards rigorously.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Basic math skills for order accuracy.
A friendly attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting is advantageous.
Flexibility to work weekends and national holidays as needed.
