Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing and Subscription Executive to join our dynamic publishing team. This paid role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, B2C and B2B strategies, and subscription management. The successful candidate will support various marketing initiatives, manage digital content, and contribute to the growth of our online presence. Strong organisational skills, creativity, good commercial nous and a keen interest in analytics are essential to thrive in this position.

Duties

Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO optimisation.
Manage content creation and editing using Adobe Photoshop to ensure engaging and visually appealing material.
Monitor and analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions.
Support B2B and B2C marketing initiatives by creating compelling copy for outreach emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the team on project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing activities.
Oversee social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
Manage the subscription management processes, including onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records.
Contribute to the optimisation of marketing strategies through analysis skills, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings or client pitches.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to website or campaign tools.

Requirements

Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with management tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media management platforms.
Experience or understanding of email marketing strategies and B2B/B2C marketing approaches.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
Basic knowledge of project management principles and time management techniques.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
IT proficiency with a good understanding of organisational tools for digital marketing purposes. This role is ideal for aspiring digital marketers eager to develop their expertise within a supportive environment while contributing meaningfully to our organisation’s growth trajectory.
