Full job description

Multi Skilled Carpenter

Responsibilities

Working closely with senior management, designers, and project teams to fully understand project specifications and client expectations.
Delivering exceptional first-fix and second-fix carpentry to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Interpreting technical drawings, joinery details, and design specifications with precision and attention to detail.
Undertaking specialist installation work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring flawless finishes throughout.
Carrying out site surveys, inspections, remedial works, and maintenance when required.
Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, workmanship, and site presentation at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in high-end carpentry, focussing on first fix and second fix, some bespoke joinery, or luxury interior fit-out projects.
Exceptional craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing outstanding finishes.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern joinery techniques, materials, and installation methods.
Ability to confidently interpret technical drawings and execute complex designs accurately.
Proficient in the use of both hand tools and power tools, with excellent workshop and site-based skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, designers, contractors, and colleagues.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of projects.
Commercially aware with the ability to make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently on site.
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and workmanship.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
