Full job description

Keela Outdoors (part of The Ardmel Group) is looking for a Customer Services & Sales Administrator to join our busy and friendly team.

This is an exciting full-time office based role within a successful Fife business with over 40 years of manufacturing and garment industry experience.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support and administration, ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident dealing with customers.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with a good knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.

Purpose of the job:

You will work as part of the sales department to deliver a high standard of customer service, while maintaining and building customer relationships.

Working Relationships:

Sales Office Staff, warehouse team, technical department, Sales Representatives and our customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-focused attitude

Main Responsibilities/Tasks

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing sales orders from receipt through to dispatch
Managing returns, refunds and exchanges
Supporting the sales team with order tracking and admin tasks
Liaising with internal departments (warehouse, technical, sales)
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Supporting online/web customer orders

Desirable (not essential)

Experience with order processing or ERP systems
Interest in outdoor clothing or products
