Summary

Restaurant Duty Manager position is vital in leading our team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our establishment while upholding our values of quality and service.

Responsibilities

Restaurant Duty manager will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards are met, manage staff and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage inventory
Develop staff training
Enhance guest experiences through attentive service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure culinary standards are maintained
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth.
Qualifications

Mandatory skills include restaurant experience, culinary expertise, leadership qualities, and knowledge of food safety standards. Preferred qualifications encompass hospitality background, food preparation skills, and kitchen experience. A passion for delivering excellent customer service is essential.
