About the Role
JPL Telecom is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver effective marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand awareness. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and website management.
The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative flair, using a range of digital channels and design tools to generate leads, enhance customer engagement, and support the sales function.

Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
· Create and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate and nurture sales leads.
· Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial objectives and supports pipeline growth.
· Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and up to date.
· Improve website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility through ongoing optimisation.
· Create compelling marketing content, including product information, promotional materials, and digital assets.
· Plan, produce, and edit professional product videos for use on the company website, YouTube, and social media channels.
· Incorporate animation and motion graphics where appropriate to enhance product presentations and marketing campaigns.
· Use CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) to develop high-quality product renders from factory-supplied design files.
· Apply colours, textures, and finishing details to create professional visual assets for marketing, sales, and promotional purposes.
· Provide support and cover for the Design & Artwork Manager as required.
· Assist with the creation and development of marketing collateral, brochures, advertisements, and product literature as required.
Essential Experience
· Proven experience in a digital marketing role with responsibility for campaign planning and execution.
· Strong working knowledge of WordPress website management.
· Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
· Experience producing and editing marketing and product videos, including the use of animation.
· Working knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks or equivalent.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
Desirable Qualifications
Training: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, administration, digital media, or related field.
OR
Experience: One (1) year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience.
