Join the SmoQue’s Team – Kitchen Chef Wanted (Hove Branch)

At SmoQue's, we’re growing fast and looking for a passionate, experienced, and reliable Kitchen Chef to join our Hove store.

We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, strong kitchen skills, and help us improve and elevate our menu and overall kitchen standards.

About Us

We handcraft premium beef and chicken burgers, fries, and sides — all prepared fresh in-house using quality ingredients.

The Role

As a Kitchen Chef at SmoQue’s, you will:

Prepare and cook food to a high standard
Help improve and develop menu items
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
Work closely with the team during busy service
Bring creativity, consistency, and attention to detail
Support daily kitchen operations and food safety procedures

Experienced in a fast-paced kitchen
Passionate about quality food and presentation
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Hands-on with day-to-day kitchen operations
