Job Summary

Duties

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen stations according to food safety standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service
Support food safety protocols by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing and order accuracy
Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
