Systems Analyst

Based onsite at The Fine Cheese Co. SN14 8HZ | Regular travel to Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

Are you an experienced Systems Analyst who loves solving problems, improving processes, and turning business needs into great technology solutions?

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical and confident Systems Analyst to join the teams behind The Fine Cheese Co. and Artisan Biscuits — two established and growing names in the artisan food industry. This is more than a systems support role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our businesses work, influence change and make a visible impact across our systems, processes and technology.

What you’ll be doing

Analyse and improve IT systems and programme processes.
Turn business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders and external IT partners.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design and testing.
Identify and resolve system issues and defects.
Support system enhancements and business change.
Create documentation and deliver training where required.
Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring (Essential skill set)

Proven experience as a Systems Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good IT and systems project management experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with process mapping and improvement.
A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
Confidence to work independently and challenge when needed.
Good Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with ERP/Tropos, Gold Vision CRM or Magento 2 would be a bonus.
