Job Description:
Founder's Associate (Part-Time)

£1,000 - £1,250 per month + Performance Progression + Potential Equity Opportunity
15–20 Hours Per Week
About The Businesses
You will be working directly with the founder across two growing businesses operating within property, media, technology and AI.
The first business is a property media and marketing platform that helps property developers, agents and partners attract and engage home buyers through content, advertising, lead generation and audience growth. The platform reaches hundreds of thousands of consumers across its digital channels and works with developers and property brands in the UK and internationally.
The second business is an AI-powered technology platform focused on improving the home-buying journey. The platform combines buyer intelligence, automation, data and AI to help property professionals better understand, qualify and convert prospective buyers.
Together, the businesses sit at the intersection of property, media, technology and AI, with a long-term vision of transforming how people discover, evaluate and purchase homes.
