£26,000 - £28,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

What we do? Buccleuch Property is a highly respected private property investment and development company with a long-established track record for outstanding delivery and market-beating returns. As a well-financed, independent, family-owned business, we can quickly take advantage of new opportunities and markets and are a trusted partner who can invest in, manage or deliver exceptional projects.

The role? In this busy and varied role, you will provide comprehensive admin support to the Buccleuch Property team. Working closely with the PA/Office Manager, you will coordinate travel and Outlook calendars, process expenses, organise meetings, and produce a range of documents to a high standard. You will also cover reception one day each week, ensuring our visitors receive a warm welcome.

The person? Friendly, professional and confident, you will enjoy working in a busy environment, have an organised approach and a strong eye for detail. Candidates must have admin experience in a similar role and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
