Manannan Court is looking for an Acute Care Consultant Psychiatrist to join a dynamic, compassionate, and forwardthinking team delivering highquality mental health care on the Isle of Man.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about inpatient care, with experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team, a track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to bring compassion, dedication and clinical expertise to the role.

A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.

Annual leave starting from 32 days and 10 Bank Holidays.

Our on-site education and training centre, Keyll Darree, comprises a lecture theatre, well stocked medical library, training facilities and a state-of-the-art simulation lab which is operated by trained simulation practitioners.

We recognise the need for all medical staff on the Island to maintain connections with medicine in the United Kingdom and encourage links with other units, as well as providing study leave with pay and expenses to attend approved conferences and workshops.

Ability to apply for an unpaid career break after 3 years’ service.

Accommodation may be available for the first 6 months in your role at a reduced rate for non-Island residents, subject to availability.

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
