What you’ll be responsible for

Work to appropriate procedures to ensure the safety of all persons on site.

Provide a friendly information service to visitors about places to walk, cycle and other activities.

Display shop items and maintain stock to maximise income.

Daily reconciliation of income with till receipts.

Engage with visitors as an ambassador of Welsh Water.

Serve food and beverages to customers.

Ensuring tables are clean and available for customers to use.

General cleaning duties with the kitchen and storage areas.

About you
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Customer experience

Practical Health & Safety experience

Retail customer service knowledge or specialism

Working with the general public

Ability to work on own initiative

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Commercial awareness

Numeracy / till operating skills
Good to know

Starting ASAP

A satisfactory DBS check will be required prior to start date for all successful applicants.

Variety of shift patterns available, although candidates will need to be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
