Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team who understands motorsport and automotive engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, assisting clients with their enquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your communication skills and develop expertise in . The ideal applicant will be organised, proactive, and possess a strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Record and update customer interactions accurately within the Salesforce platform.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
Assist clients with account management, including setting up new accounts or updating existing details.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
Promote relevant financial products and services where appropriate, adhering to compliance standards.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service roles.
Proficiencant with CRM systems is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights that enhance customer experience.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Previous experience in sales or upselling is a plus but not essential. This role offers an engaging environment where your skills can flourish while contributing positively to our clients’ experiences. We value professionalism, initiative, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
