Full job description

Overview

We are a growing multi‑venture organisation developing projects across:

Business acquisitions
Hospitality
School transportation
Retail (entertainment, food, wellness & beauty)
Media & digital content

We are now expanding our team with two driven Funding & Project Development Officers who can secure funding and lead the development of our projects each.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Identify and apply for grants, funding, sponsorships, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Develop and lead one project of your choice from our portfolio.
Utilise Salesforce and CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and internal management.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and to deliver measurable financial results.
Relevant higher qualifications in business management or related fields

Commission Structure

You earn 10% of all funding you secure
If no funding is secured within the said period, you will receive £1,500 cash per month worked as a goodwill completion payment.
Who We’re Looking For; Someone who is:
Results-driven and proactive
Experienced in fundraising, grant writing, or business development
Able to work independently and deliver under pressure
Confident in pitching and presenting
Hungry for success and motivated by commission-based earnings.
