Senior Service Engineer (Drainage / Pumps / Treatment Plants)

Clearmasters is a leading environmental services company specialising in liquid waste removal, treatment plant servicing, drainage solutions, and pump station maintenance.

We work across London and the South East, supporting both domestic and commercial clients, and pride ourselves on delivering a reliable, professional service.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our expanding team.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across four key areas:

Drain jetting & CCTV surveys
Sewage treatment plant servicing & repairs
Foul & surface water pump station maintenance & repairs
Drainage groundworks & installations

Candidates should be confident and experienced in at least two of these disciplines. Training and development can be provided across weaker areas for the right individual.

This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career with increased responsibility and the opportunity to progress further within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair wastewater systems and pump stations
Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs independently
Conduct jetting, CCTV surveys and drainage investigations
Support and oversee installations, upgrades and groundworks
Assist junior engineers where required and maintain high working standards
Represent the company professionally on-site and with customers

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in at least two of the following:
drainage, pump systems, treatment plants, or groundworks
Excellent problem-solving ability and practical mindset
Ability to work independently and manage jobs effectively
Positive attitude with willingness to continue learning and developing
Reliable, professional and takes pride in their work
Full UK driving licenceWorking Hours & Location
Standard working hours are 7:00am – 4:00pm
As we operate in a reactive industry, flexibility is required, and additional hours may be necessary to complete jobs or respond to urgent work

All engineers are currently based from our depot in RH10 3HZ
