Balufab Ltd is a growing steel fabrication and architectural metalwork manufacturer. We design, manufacture, powder coat and install structural steelwork, staircases, balconies, balustrading, gates, railings and bespoke metalwork across the UK.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our busy workshop. You'll be responsible for preparing, coating and finishing steel fabrications to a consistently high standard while working safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare steelwork for powder coating (cleaning, masking and pre-treatment).
- Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Operate curing ovens and inspect finished work.
- Carry out touch-ups and quality checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Work closely with the fabrication and welding teams to meet production targets.

Essential
- Industrial powder coating experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Steel fabrication or manufacturing experience.
- Forklift experience.
