Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our products and services across various industries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and business development to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are a platform that offers accountancy and lead generation to self employed builders

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients whilst actively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and expand market share.
Understand client needs thoroughly to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any client issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools and IT systems.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to identify potential opportunities.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Demonstrable customer service experience with excellent communication skills in English.
Valid driving licence is preferred as travel between client sites may be required.
Familiarity with IT systems for managing customer relationships and sales data is essential.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating proactive problem-solving abilities. This position offers an engaging environment for ambitious individuals eager to develop their sales career while contributing positively to our organisation’s growth.

Pay: £24,420.00-£90,000.00 per year
