Unlike many signage businesses, we design, print, manufacture and install entirely in-house from our Midlands headquarters, giving our team the opportunity to see projects through from concept to installation.
As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Large Format Printer & Print Finisher to join our production team.
This is an opportunity to work on a huge variety of projects for national brands, global organisations and ambitious businesses across the UK.
We don't mass-produce the same product every day.
One week you could be producing graphics for a global engineering company, the next manufacturing signage for a major retail rollout, preparing exhibition graphics for a national event, or creating wayfinding and branding for a new office fit-out.
The Role
You'll be responsible for producing and finishing a wide range of large format print and signage products, ensuring every project leaves our production facility to the highest possible standard.
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in craftsmanship. Someone who notices the tiny imperfections others miss and refuses to put their name to work that isn't right.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating, solving problems and seeing projects come to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating large format print equipment
- Preparing artwork files for production
- Printing onto a wide range of materials including vinyl, ACM, Foamex, Correx and specialist substrates
- Operating UV flatbed and roll-to-roll print equipment
- Laminating printed graphics
- Plotter cutting and finishing printed products
- Applying graphics to rigid materials
- Quality checking finished products
- Packaging and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining production equipment and work areas
- Supporting continuous improvements across the production department
- Assisting with sign assembly and fabrication where required

Equipment & Technology
You'll be working with industry-leading production equipment including UV flatbed printers, roll-to-roll machinery, laminators, cutting and finishing equipment.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience within large format print, signage or graphics production
- Excellent attention to detail
