Full job description

We’re looking for a passionate, Guest relations executive to join our small team looking after luxury properties in The Lake District. Based in Windermere, you will be responsible for answering the phone, dealing with guest enquiries and bookings, general office duties, diary organisation, stock management and keeping the office tidy and looking great.

We are a small, friendly hardworking team, and are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and friendly, outdoing personality. No experience is required as all training can be provided on the job. The below skills are desirable.

· IT literate across all MS office software – Word/Excel/Outlook

· Ability to problem solve/work in a busy office

· Flexibility of days/hours

· Interest in property

· Full driving licence and own vehicle

Our entry-level administration role will give you the opportunity to learn new skills on the job with great pay and benefits from day one. You will enjoy helping holidaymakers and homeowners with their requests.

Earn £22,600 - £26,500 a year (pro rata for part-time) depending on your skills, attitude and customer service experience.
Working Monday, Friday with some Sarurday cover required - talk to us about flexibility.
Enjoy 28 days annual leave, with the option of buying an additional 5 days a year and carrying unused entitlement over.
Birthday off as an additional day's leave to enjoy your day.
