Job description

Location: Kendal – Riverside House
Contract Type: Fixed Term – 6 months

About this opportunity

To provide administrative support to enable the efficient and effective operation of care home for care services that provide care for the elderly.

Data input and maintenance of records on computerised systems ensuring data is protected and handled in line with data protection guidance.

Word processing memos, letters and reports,

Carrying out general office and telephone duties.

Ordering supplies and services and ensuring invoices are processed

Who we are looking for…

Customer Care - Strong Customer focus and a desire to deliver a quality service, being supportive and polite to all that visit Riverside House, working as a team to support the manager and supervisors.

Have at least one year’s Administrative / clerical experience to include record keeping and filing. Have competent use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
