Full job description

KitMasters is expanding and we are looking for a Embroidery Machine Operator. Attention to detail will be crucial as the Embroidery Machinist will handle intricate designs, ensuring precise and accurate stitching, embroidering logos, names and designs onto a variety of garments and items, but following a spec sheet / sales order.

The ideal candidate will have some technical skills, a keen eye for quality, and a passion for creating unique embroidered textiles, and full training will be given.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate embroidery machines to execute intricate designs.
Monitor machine performance, adjusting settings as needed to ensure high-quality output.
Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on embroidery equipment
Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative embroidery techniques and concepts
Check in MTO Stock and help with dispatch
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor

Qualifications:

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with embroidery software is a plus
A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Personal skills required:

· Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly personality.

· Attention to detail

· Have sufficient knowledge and skill to be able to use computers

· Ability to communicate confidently within a team and other departments within the company

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Work well in a team and display good interpersonal skills

Based in Truro

Office Based

Full time – Monday to Friday

Salary : £12.75per hour

Training will be given

Experienced is preferable
