We are a well-run, privately owned 42-bed care home specialising in dementia, mental health, and end-of-life care. Rated Good by CQC, we are proud of the supportive, stable environment we’ve built for both our residents and our team.

Our focus is simple: delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a setting where residents are treated with dignity and staff feel valued and supported.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role where you will build meaningful relationships with residents, support complex needs, and play a key part in delivering high-quality dementia and end-of-life care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing high-quality nursing care tailored to individuals living with dementia and mental health needs
Supporting residents through all stages of care, including end-of-life
Administering medication and monitoring clinical needs
Working closely with a consistent, experienced care team
Ensuring care plans are up to date and truly person-centred
Supporting families with compassion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin
Someone committed, reliable, and genuinely caring
A team player who takes pride in their work
Experience in dementia or complex care is ideal, but attitude matters most
