Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated After Sales Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional support to our valued customers following their purchase. This role involves engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction, addressing post-sale queries, and facilitating ongoing relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a general interest in cars. Hours Required: Monday & Wednesday 9.30 am - 4.30pm

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services
Utilise CRM systems to record customer interactions, update records, and track follow-up actions
Analyse customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for additional support or product recommendations
Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to resolve issues efficiently and enhance the overall customer experience
Assist in processing returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with company policies
Support the organisation of after-sales events or campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and satisfaction

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Strong analysis skills to interpret data and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Organised and proactive approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times
