Job Overview
Pizza chef position within The Wateringhole, Perranporth.

We are seeking a talented and passionate member to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation and production, with experience in a busy restaurant setting. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating our pizza menu, ensuring food safety standards are met, and being a strong part of our team.

Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality pizza according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure high food production processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes that delight guests.
