Summary

We are seeking a Senior Baker (Min 3 Years Experience) to join our team at our central bakery facility in Moreton in Marsh. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Bakery with production and bakery management with our team of bakers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of breads according to established recipes while working to improve and develop new ones
Ensure all food safety standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards
Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Stay updated on baking trends and techniques to continuously improve product offerings

Requirements

Proven experience as a senior baker or in a similar role within the field.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Passion for baking and creating high-quality products that delight customers.

Accomodation Provided for bakers looking to relocate. We have a room available in our shared house for £490/month with all amenities (internet, heating, washing machines, etc) and all bills and taxes included, with nearby direct bus access so driver license not required.
Generous Pay for your level of experience
Bonus & Tips paid entirely to employees which work out to an additional ~£200/month (winter) up to ~£400/month (summer).
Enjoy 2 days off every week. Work 40hours in 5 days and enjoy the rest of your time with family and friends.

Schedule:

8 hour shift (5 days weekly). Night shift, with two 15 min breaks
2 days off per week, as consecutively as we can manage for your optimised rest
Weekend availability required. Final set days to be discussed on application.
