Pharmacy Manager: (Non-Pharmacist)

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00

TCP Pharma are an independently owned pharmacy chain and vaccination site provider with 13 Pharmacies and a vibrant team of people that totally committed to patient service and providing THE BEST that is available for their community.

We are changing the way that community pharmacies work….and for the better. Our industry leading technology and working methods are set to revolutionise pharmacy practices whilst still retaining the traditional values of a patient-centric approach.

The main focus of our Pharmacy Manager is to lead our team from the front and provide an excellent service right across the board. You will be on hand to give advice and guidance to customers and to guide our team in providing exceptional service to everybody who walks through our doors.

Candidate criteria:
1) Have the necessary vision to push the pharmacy towards excellence
2) A leader who can development and guide a team to success
3) Willing to undertake further training, where necessary to provide additional services
4) Previous Management experience
