The Opportunity: A True Business Partnership
We are launching a brand-new Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business in Dundee. We are not looking for a standard manager to just monitor a checklist. We are seeking an entrepreneurial logistics professional to partner with us as an independent Operations Site Manager (OSM) to establish, lead, and optimize our final-mile delivery services from Day One.
Because we are starting fresh, your expertise will shape the entire operation. This is a unique opportunity to provide your services at the ground floor. Scope of Services: Complete Operational Oversight
As our primary operational service provider, you will have complete autonomy to manage the day-to-day delivery infrastructure and meet performance targets. Your scope of work includes:
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Setting up strategies to source, onboard, and retain high-performing independent Delivery Associates (DAs).
- Daily Service Delivery: Overseeing morning load-outs, monitoring on-the-road execution, and managing end-of-day compliance debriefs.
- Fleet & Repair Infrastructure: Managing our commercial van fleet, coordinating routine maintenance, handling damage logs, and minimizing vehicle downtime through efficient provider networks.
- Performance Engineering: Analyzing metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery Success) to ensure the operation consistently hits Amazon’s Fantastic and Fantastic Plus scorecard ratings.
- Cost & Resource Efficiency: Working alongside ownership to minimize operational waste, control repair costs, and drive total station profitability.

- DSP Expertise: Proven, hands-on operational experience, ideally within the Amazon DSP network, courier networks, or fast-paced final-mile logistics.
- Full-Scale Competence: A service provider who understands how fleet health and driver retention directly impact scorecard results.
- Leadership & Motivation: The ability to independently engage, motivate, and manage a team of delivery drivers under pressure.
- Commercially Minded: A contractor who approaches this as their own business venture and wants to build a lucrative, long-term commercial relationship.
