Full job description

Job Summary

Experienced General Builder Required

ITC are looking to add an experienced General Builder to our growing team, working on a wide range of domestic construction projects throughout the Kinross area.

We undertake a variety of projects including refurbishments, extensions and new-build homes, and are seeking a reliable, skilled individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in:

Domestic building projects, including refurbishments, extensions and new builds
Groundworks and drainage installation
Concrete foundations
Basic brickwork
Fencing
Hard landscaping

Applicants must also:

Be able to read and work from construction drawings
Hold a full UK driving licence
Work effectively as part of a team
Have good communication skills
Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety standards at all times
