We specialise in traffic management, security and stewarding, crowd management, and customer service, delivering exceptional experiences for clients and visitors alike.

About the Role

We are expanding our casual event staff team for the Senior Open Championship 2026 and are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join us.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of golf's most prestigious championships, helping deliver an outstanding experience for thousands of spectators attending this world-class event.

Upcoming Event – Senior Open Championship 2026

The Senior Open Championship 2026 will take place at Gleneagles from Monday 20th July to Sunday 26th July 2026.

As one of the highlights of the golfing calendar, the championship attracts legendary golfers, large crowds, and international media coverage. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, ensuring visitors enjoy a safe, welcoming, and memorable event.

Successful applicants may also be offered further opportunities to work at major sporting events and venues across the UK with CSP Ltd.

Pay & Shift Information

Competitive hourly rates of pay
Event Dates: Monday 20th July – Sunday 26th July 2026
Flexible shifts available throughout the championship week

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests and visitors.
Provide directions, event information, and general assistance.
Support crowd management and ensure the safe movement of spectators.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised event environment.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries and resolve issues where appropriate.
Follow instructions from supervisors and management to support the smooth operation of the event.

Requirements

Right to work in the UK.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable

Full UK Driving Licence.
Previous experience in stewarding, events, hospitality, or customer service.
