Communications, Contracts & Compliance Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Peterborough – Head Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–1:00pm (25 hours per week, office-based)
Job Type: Part-Time, Fixed-Term

About Us

Eastfield Guest House Ltd is an established accommodation provider operating across multiple locations. We are looking for an organised and professional administrator to join our team at our Peterborough head office on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

The Role

This is a varied, office-based administrative position involving professional communication, record management and general operational support. The successful candidate will help ensure that day-to-day administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage professional correspondence and general enquiries.
Maintain accurate records, documents and filing systems.
Prepare reports, letters and other administrative documentation.
Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative requirements.
Assist management with compliance, contracts and operational tasks when required.
Handle confidential information in accordance with GDPR and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

Previous administrative experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Professional, dependable and able to maintain confidentiality.
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Relevant sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Contract Information

This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, expected to last approximately 9–12 months. The duration may vary depending on business requirements and the return of the substantive post holder.
