Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in data entry, clerical duties, and the ability to utilise computer software effectively. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment while providing exceptional support to staff and clients.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
Organise meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules for team members.
Support various administrative projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
