Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Cooks, Servers, and Kitchen Porters to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, delivering excellent service and culinary experiences to our guests. Candidates with a passion for food preparation, hospitality, and customer service will thrive in this position. All roles are paid, ensuring fair compensation for your skills and commitment.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
Assist in the presentation and garnishing of meals to ensure visual appeal
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Support the team with general kitchen duties such as stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and professionally
Assist with setting up dining areas for service and clearing tables after guests depart

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour suitable for guest interaction
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings as required
Basic understanding of health & safety standards within a kitchen setting
Previous experience serving or working in hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
