Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekly Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises on a weekly basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous cleaning experience or those looking to develop their skills within a professional environment. The position is ideal for organised individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
Maintain the organisation and safety of storage areas for cleaning equipment and supplies
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
Occasionally assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet or window cleaning as required

Requirements

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable, including hotel or hospitality sector experience
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
Customer service skills to interact politely with clients or visitors when necessary
Basic cooking skills are a bonus, especially in roles involving hospitality environments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple sites
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning schedules and requirements
A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
