Your role

As a Lettings Property Lister / Valuer, you'll play a key role in growing our lettings business by winning new instructions and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll:

Generate new business and win new lettings instructions
Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals
Build lasting relationships with landlords and prospective clients
Deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service
Work closely with your branch team to achieve and exceed targets

What we're looking for

You'll already have experience within estate agency, whether as a Lister, Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent, and be ready to take the next step in your career.

You'll also have:

A proven ability to generate new business and work towards targets
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive, organised and proactive approach
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A full UK driving licence
