Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Concierge Officer to enhance our guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will be attentive, well-organised, and possess excellent communication skills to assist guests with their needs, enquiries, and requests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy

Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and activities

Manage guest requests efficiently and ensure timely resolution

Maintain a clean and organised front desk area

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping

Skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently

This position will be based In Shoreditch London and offers both day and night shifts.

The role is 36 hours per week and will include weekend and evening working.

Hourly rate £14.00
