Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Night Shift Inspector to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance during overnight operations. As a Night Shift Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, verifying adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining rigorous quality assurance processes. Your proactive approach will help uphold our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring our products meet all regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

CMM Experience mandatory.
Perform comprehensive inspections of products, equipment, and work areas during the night shift to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct detailed analysis of inspection data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for process enhancement.
Document inspection findings accurately through detailed reports and logs, ensuring traceability and accountability.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues swiftly and effectively, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor adherence to safety protocols and conduct routine audits to reinforce a culture of safety awareness.
Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within manufacturing.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills for clear documentation and effective teamwork during night shifts.
Ability to work independently, and maintain focus during overnight hours.
