Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and safety-conscious Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our busy warehouse team. This is a varied role involving the movement of materials, warehouse stock control, vehicle loading and unloading, and supporting production operations to ensure products are dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Supply materials to production and packaging departments as required.
Assist Packaging department where required
Safely load and unload vehicles using FLT equipment.
Carry out daily stock movements and material handling activities.
Ensure all stock transactions and movements are accurately recorded within SAP.
Pick, prepare and dispatch customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Support Goods In activities, including receipting stock, packaging materials and processing returns.
Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure the warehouse remains safe, organised and compliant.
Adhere to all company policies, GMP standards, and Health & Safety regulations at all times.

About You

The successful candidate will be a flexible team player who can adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will have a strong commitment to health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Valid and current FLT Licence essential.
Proven Reach Truck experience within a busy warehouse or distribution environment.
Counterbalance FLT experience preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Experience of material handling, stock movements, and warehouse operations.
Working knowledge of SAP transactions relating to stock control and warehouse activities.
Goods In experience, including stock receipting, packaging materials and returns processing.
Strong understanding of warehouse Health & Safety requirements.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
