Full job description

MLECZKO DELIKATESY are looking for

Butcher - Full Time (40 hours)

To work in our Hanwell store

Typical working day 3am-11am

1.25 X pay for night time hours (3 am-6 am)
Permanent contract (40 hours weekly)

What you’ll receive:

- Contractual employment on a permanent basis
- Opportunity to work in an experienced team and learn traditional Polish cuts
- Opportunity to work cross-culturally and learn about Polish traditions

- 1.25 X payment fo night work
- 25% employee discount after probation period
- Additional holiday for 3 or more years length of service
- Pension contributions

Candidates should:

- Have professional experience and training
- Have the ability to work as a team
- Have an interest in learning new cuts
- Punctuality and commitment
- Have an understanding of the related health and safety regulations and practices

Responsibilities:

- Receiving and quality checking meat

- Quality checking meat
- Cutting and portioning meat efficiently
- Organising meat deliveries to other Mleczko shops
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
