Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at McKays Hotel Bar & Restaurant. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure linens are fresh and available.
Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
